Desalination is most way to obtain fresh water suitable for human. In the past many novel desalination techniques have been researched with varying degrees of success. Some are still on the drawing board now while others have attracted research funding. It uses to remove the excess salt and other minerals from water. Desalination has many methods, and therefore there should be a detailed focus on the greatest method is distillation.
In the first section of the report, I will define distillation and talk about distillation process, followed by applications of distillation in the second section. The third section will be about advantage of distillation. The disadvantage of distillation will be in the fourth and last section.

Water is essential to every living thing on earth. We can not live without it. There are many natural sources for fresh water, but they are not enough.
Therefore, people have been trying to obtain fresh water from the sea. This process is called Desalination. It is one of the most common ways today to get fresh water. The process itself is about to remove the excess salt and other minerals from water. And there is more than one method to do that.
In this report I will try to cover some of the main topics related to Desalination. In the first section of the report, I will define distillation and talk about distillation process, followed by applications of distillation in the second section. The third section will be about the advantage of distillation. Finally the fourth section will be about the disadvantage of distillation.
