On December 18th, 2024, a 10 year-old 5th grader named Chao Qun Zheng went to his elementary school in HeNan, China.
When his teacher, Guo, found out that young Zheng had not completed his homework, she flipped out.
“She was very angry at the time,” he said. “She ripped and twisted my cheeks with both her hands and then she lifted me off the ground.”
The teacher held the boy up until one of his cheeks actually ripped off and the boy was bleeding profusely.
Without hesitation the teacher reached down and picked up Zheng’s cheek skin, put it on his face, and instructed the boy go home immediately.
When the parents saw Zheng, they immediately took him to the hospital where it took 52 stitches to have his cheek sewn back on.
Zheng’s father has reported the case to the police and is expected to press for damages.

I found this scary &sad story while I was practising my favourite hobby : surfing the net to collect different beautiful & interesting pictures

Then, suddenly I stopped at this photo >>:eek:!!!!
At first,I was really shocked and my immediate conclusion was

What a terrible accident he had

It must be a really big one to make those horrible stitches showing badly like that on his innocent face
!!
But, when I finished reading the whole article I was not shocked any more
!!
Coz, as for me I get really used to hear & read those kind of scary stories happening inside many different schools from the entire world
!!
A forgetful poor student becomes a victim of an angry cruel teacher
!!
Which make some teachers turns into some heartless monsters easily like that
!!
Lets discuss together

As a teacher I never dare once to hurt any one of my naughty students badly like that
!!
The other teachers in my school are always shocked when they see me going inside my classes without any stick
!!
How can you control those naughty students with out it
??
My answer is simple :
I always try my best to
set some strict rules right at the beginning of the year
!!
I avoid shouting & use eye contact w short & clear instructions
!!
I never allow my self to bring any stick inside my class room or any other object that can be used as a weapon against my poor little students
!!
I know that some teachers deal with lots of naughty and really troubled students !!
I know that our students are not angels but believe me my colleagues when one of my student does not do the homework and gives me one of her usual & silly excuses that students usually loves to use>>>
I always train myself hard to
control my anger
and
just try to
convince my self that it won’t worth it if I pop one of her eyes out with my long stick mistakenly or slap her face
hard
just
for
a
piece of
paper
that can be written in
another
time
!!

Coz as you know when we mark those ugly and deep scars on their small shaking bodies be very sure that we also engrave them deeply inside their pure heart>>>
And as you know everything can be fixed easily
But not the scars of a scared heart

As for your methods you are totally right and smart also kids as well as they hate being punished they like rewards a lot and it can be really encouraging and motivating them to do better.Try stickers toys and snacks to those who are good and the others will follow.

beside I think that what we teacher really need beside respect and good payment is to reduce
the stress in our tiring daily job
!!
I mean there are some poor teachers w lots of social problems and money troubles and what make it worse is when they teach many different subjects for lots of different levels f classes
!!
Those kind of situations always drive them crazy and put them under a very heavy pressure
!!
But that does not mean that they should use this as an excuse to hurt their poor student badly

Dear :15:L00L00:15: I just wanna clear something sweety
punishing students w sticks or long rulers is not allowed in our schools
!!
And there are lots of my colleagues who do not use any kind of physical punishment in their class rooms
!!
But still there are some of them who believe that using a sticks or a long ruler is an effective punishment especially w the naughty students
!!
And some of them bring them only inside w them just to threaten their pupils
!!
And what make me never dare to do the same is what I mentioned before that I might get very angry one day & wave the stick up and down and hit one of my student on her face by mistake!!
And if something like that happen believe me I ‘ll never forgive myself >>>ever
!!
And lets be all fair and talk about this new stubborn (6) generation !!
Our students need some times to be punished physically but again not like that:

what turns a teacher into a heartless monster?
Really there are lots and lots of reasons, some of theme are obvious, other are mean less, why I don’t know, but the reason no.1 is the teacher him/her self is an angry and heartless person, and that because of many things, maybe the teacher is raised up like that, or maybe the situations in what was the reasons made hem/her like a monster……..
I will tell you about my experience in teaching, I taught two times, the first when I was pregnant in late of the eighth month, and if you know that this was very tired period in the , the pupils were in secondary school, teenager girls, they were so I mean so so naughty and so crazy girls, and the second from two months ago and this time I taught boys from first primary to fifth primary, I was shocked with their behaves, so I told the other teachers if the wrong is from me, or is just this happened for me coz I was new, but the teachers said no, the pupils are like this with all teachers, so the only banishment and the strongest one was reducing the mark of the careless pupil, believe me that was enough and so effective,
