First of all I would like to salute the genius mind behind this question and indeed you have provoked our thoughts
Actually I’ve written my aims and goals in this life many times as a response to those self improvement lectures but to be honest I rarely stick to them, I mean to follow the means that would lead me to the desired end,
and I always wonder why I did so? Why I can’t keep my promises? Why I get bored quickly?
Many reasons could fit as an answer but just now I realized the true one which I believe to be not sharing my dreams with others so that I can gain support from them to continue
I have kept my aims as a secret for long but that will no longer be the case
• I dream to be a competent effective translator (to fulfill that dream I’m studying translation as my major and now I’m on my third year)
• I dream of getting my masters and doctorate from abroad studying in my veil proving to the whole world the majesty of Islam with its respect to the woman and the ambitious Muslim women ( I won on a scholarship in my university which I hope to keep till my graduation and the university also offering to the distinguished pupils scholarships for completing their studies abroad )
• I also looking forward to master French as another foreign language which I believe would be beneficial since it is not widely spoken in our society (to achieve that I’ve already taken a French class in my university and will have another one next semester in addition to a series of 8 educational CDs I’m listening to these days beside the other additional classes I’m planning to take next summer).
• I seriously want to memorize the wholly Qura’n ( I’ve put a plan to memorize it in 4 years by memorizing 4 verses daily)
Hoping to live every moment in my live with its every single breath devoted to Allah, The Exalted

as i grow older i realize more and more that what we do in life is important and what we achieve as a result is also important.. but
not more important than what we achieve in the hereafter..
so i am aiming for doing things that would be a support to me in the other world..
i am afraid my mentioning them would only be a disappointment if i were to fail in achieving them
i am also aiming for the contentment of The Creator as well as my parents
and i ask Allah to help and protect us all
