I was very boring at the party. >>>. wrong

correction

I was very bored at the party.

-ed words describe your feelings, -ing words describe how
things / people appear.

E.g. The lecture was very interesting, I was very interested in it.

2-
Almost Japanese people like sushi >>> wrong.

correction

Most Japanese people like sushi. OR Almost all Japanese people like sushi.

Almost means very nearly. E.g. I almost missed my plane,
but I got on just as the stewardess was closing the door.

3-
I had the lunch with my boss today >>> wrong

correction

I had lunch with my boss today.

No article (a, an, the) is used to talk about meals.

I know all the correction formes, but I never knew the reason.

Thanks…!

although the mistakes seemed odd to me

i didn’t know the reasons or rather i should say..

i always feel what is right and what is wrong

but it is so hard to explain how or why …

correction

I’d rather play tennis than watch TV.

I prefer playing tennis to watching tv.

Be sure to use the correct verb forms with would rather
and prefer.

5-

Bill Gates is very rich. He has much money.>>>> wrong

correction

Bill Gates is very rich. He has a lot of money.

Use much in questions, do you have much money?;
and negatives, I don’t have much money.
In positive sentences we say a lot.

6-

Sorry, I can’t come to your party, I’ll visit my parents on Saturday. >>> wrong

corrictiom

Sorry, I can’t come to your party, I’m going to visit my parents on Saturday

Sorry, I can’t come to your party, I’m visiting my parents on Saturday.

Going to or present continuous is better here because your
visit to your parents is planned.
